Cooking Guide Shake can well before opening stove top. Pour soup into a saucepan. Stir whilst heating gently, until hot. Do not allow the soup to boil. Microwave (100W) Empty contents into a microwaveable bowl. Cover & heat on high for 2 minutes. Stir well & heat for a further 1 minute, or until hot. Stir again before serving. Heating times may vary depending on the power of the microwave. Let the bowl stand for 30 seconds before removing from the microwave.
