Ingredients

Water, Tomato Paste (20%), Onions (17%), Cream (MILK) (12%), CASHEW NUTS, Butter (MILK) (4%), Ginger, Garlic, Ground and Whole Spices, Salt, Sugar, Sunflower Oil

Preparation Instructions

PREPARATION : cut the meat, fish/seafood or vegetables into generous pieces. 1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a small pan, add spices and cook for 20 seconds. 2. Add the meat or vegetables and brown lightly before adding the base sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. 3. Stir in the main sauce and fish/seafood (if using) and simmer for another 3-5 minutes or until the meat or other protein is cooked through.

Usage Instructions

3 Simple Steps: - Heat spices. - Add fresh ingredients and base. - Stir in sauce and simmer. Bits to buy: 250g skinless, boneless chicken or paneer, seafood, vegetables, lamb or pork. Storage Instructions
