How to Order

2. Click “Review Order & Checkout” and confirm your basket.
3. Enter your details, select pickup, delivery, or email delivery, and add any notes.
4. Complete your payment to finalise your order.

Receiving Your Gift Card

💌 Physical Gift Cards

• Collect in-store: Visit your nominated Hill Street Home store at your chosen date and time. Bring your order number to the Hill Street Home counter — our team will have it ready for you.
• Postage: Orders are dispatched via Australia Post on your nominated date.
  • Tasmania: please allow 5–7 business days
  • Interstate: please allow 8–12 business days
  Delivery times may be longer due to Australia Post’s reduced letter delivery schedules.

✉️ E-Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards are emailed directly to you or your recipient shortly after purchase — perfect for instant gifting. E-Gift card emails contain a barcode that can be scanned directly off of your smart phone, added to your digital wallet, or printed off for redemption. 

Important Information

• Hill Street Gift Cards (both physical and electronic) can be used at any Hill Street Grocer or Hill Street Home store in Tasmania.
• Gift cards cannot currently be used for online purchases.
• Hill Street Rewards points are not available for the purchase of gift cards, however points can be earnt once the value has been redeemed by the recipient.
