Rice (80%), maltodextrin, natural chicken flavour, sugar, vegetables (2.2%) [peas, carrot (sulphites), onion], flavour enhancers (621, 635), mineral salt (potassium chloride), salt, vegetable oil, spice extracts, parsley, natural colour (turmeric).
Preparation Instructions
Stove Top - For best results: 1. Bring 1 1/4 cups (310mL) hot water, 1 teaspoon salt reduced margarine and Seasoned Rice pack contents to the boil, stirring. 2. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir, replace lid and stand for 2 minutes. Microwave (1000W) - cooking times may vary 1. Combine 1 1/2 cups (375mL) hot water, 1 teaspoon salt reduced margarine and Flavoured Rice pack contents in a microwave safe bowl. 2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 8-10 minutes. Stir, replace cover and stand for 2 minutes before serving.
