Gravox® Hollandaise Sauce is a favourite brunch sauce. Combining tangy and creamy flavours, this sauce is also perfect for fish and steamed vegetables. Gravox® Hollandaise Sauce is made with no artificial flavours. It's great with steamed or grilled fish, green vegetables or simply with a poached egg on toast. Just heat the pouch in the microwave and pour over anything. Step up your brunch game with poached eggs on a bagel with Gravox® Hollandaise Sauce and wilted spinach.

Water, Lemon Juice from Concentrate (4.5%), Thickeners (1442, 415), Clarified Butter (3.3%) (Milk), Cream (Milk), White Wine Vinegar, Egg Yolk (1.7%), Vegetable Oil, Onion, Salt, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Emulsifier (472e), Garlic, Mineral Salt (508), Spice, Natural Colours (160a, 160c).

Preparation Instructions

MICROWAVE: 1. Shake and cut corner where indicated 2. Place pouch OFF CENTRE in the microwave. 3. Heat on high for 40 seconds (1100W).* Remove pouch from microwave carefully as sauce will be hot *Guide only. Microwave ovens may vary, adjust heating time as needed. STOVE TOP : Pour gravy into saucepan, bring to the boil and stir occasionally.
